Summary The reaction of carboxylic derivatives of N,N-bis(2-chloroethyl)aniline with homo-aza-steroids with mixed anhydride of the carboxylic acid in the presence of 4-dimethytaminopyridine chloride produces the corresponding esters in good yield. Two of the compounds have been studied against P388 leukemia.
