| Summary | Nous avons choisi pour nos expériences une souche de L. monocytogenes 3a, qui est, par sa nature, résistante à clindamycine (9). De prime abord, nous avons étudié si elle était sensible au sérum des personnes normales et nous avons constaté qu’elle était moyennement sensible. Après un prétraitement dans un sérum dilué 1:2 pendant une demi-heure à 37° C, nous avons étudié le comportement de cette souche quant au pouvoir bactéricide de clindamycine pendant 10, 30, 60, 120 min. Nous avons constaté que cette souche était sensible à cet antibiotique. | |
