| Summary | Patients with chronic cancer pain are challenging to manage and evidence-based clinical recommendations for pharmaceutical treatment are needed. In order to investigate the role of pregabalin in treating patients suffering from cancer pain a prospective study of combining epidural analgesia with pregabalin was conducted. The changes in the Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) of the above patient’s pain were estimated. According to our results pregabalin administration improves the VAS score affecting also their quality of life. | ||
