Περίληψη – Summary

Στο άρ­θρο αυ­τό γί­νε­ται σύ­ντο­μη α­να­σκό­πη­ση των κυ­ριό­τε­ρων κατη­γο­ριών φαρ­μά­κων που χρη­σι­μο­ποιού­νται σή­με­ρα στην Aããåéï­÷åé­ñïõñ­ãé­êÞ. Τα φάρ­μα­κα αυτά χω­ρί­ζο­νται σε δύ­ο κα­τη­γο­ρί­ες, στα χο­ρη­γού­μενα κα­τά τη διάρ­κεια της νο­ση­λεί­ας και στα χο­ρη­γού­μενα κα­τά τη διάρ­κεια της χει­ρουρ­γι­κής ε­πέμ­βα­σης. Στην πρώ­τη κα­τη­γο­ρί­α α­νή­κουν φάρ­μα­κα που α­πο­σκο­πούν στον έ­λεγ­χο του αγ­γεια­κού τό­νου, τη βελ­τί­ω­ση της καρ­δια­κής λει­τουρ­γί­ας, την α­να­κού­φι­ση α­πό τα οι­δή­μα­τα και στην προ­φύ­λα­ξη ή στην α­ντι­με­τώ­πι­ση  θρομ­βω­τι­κών ε­πει­σο­δί­ων. Τα φάρ­μα­κα της δεύ­τε­ρης κα­τη­γο­ρί­ας στο­χεύ­ουν στην ε­πί­τευ­ξη κα­λής αι­μά­τω­σης του μυο­καρ­δί­ου και των νε­φρών, τη στα­θε­ρο­ποί­η­ση της αρ­τη­ρια­κής πί­ε­σης, την προ­φύ­λα­ξη α­πό θρομ­βο­εμ­βο­λι­κά ε­πει­σό­δια και στη δια­τήρη­ση στα­θε­ρού pH αί­μα­τος.

Drugs that are used in the vascular surgery may be divided in two groups. The first group includes the drugs that are used during the clinical period of treatment, while the second one contains these substances that are administered during the operation time. First group includes drugs that intent to control the vas­cular tone, to improve the cardiac function, to decrease the edema and to protect the patient from thrombotic incidents. Drugs of the second group aim to maintain the arterial pressure in a proper level, to keep a satisfactory cardiac and renal blood sup­ply, to protect the patient from thromboembolic incidents and to keep also a stable blood pH.
