Summary | We report the chemical combination of steroid with alkylating agent. This combination can be divided into two groups, depending on the forming bond between the alkylating congener and the steroid molecule. For activity it is necessary an easily cleaved ester bond. Most steroidal alkylating agents have been inactive in L1210 and P388 leukemias. | |
