Keywords | Isotretinoin and 4-oxo-isotretinoin determination, male volunteers, bioequivalence.
Other Terms | review article
Summary | An efficient liquid chromatographic method, with ultraviolet spectrometric detection, using acitretin as internal standard is described for the determination of Isotretinoin in male healthy volunteers. The comparison of the results among two preparations demonstrated that these are bioequivalent.
