Περίληψη – Summary

Η μά­θη­ση και η μνή­μη α­πο­τε­λούν δυο α­πό τις περισσότερο πο­λυ­σύν­θε­τες λει­τουρ­γί­ες του αν­θρώ­πι­νου ορ­γα­νι­σμού, γι’ αυ­τό και η με­θο­δο­λο­γι­κή προ­σέγ­γι­σή τους, σε ε­ρευ­νη­τι­κό ε­πί­πε­δο, ποι­κίλ­λει σε μεγάλο βαθμό. Στην α­να­σκό­πιηση αυ­τή συ­ζη­τού­νται τα μέχρι σή­με­ρα γνω­στά δεδομένα για την ε­πί­δρα­ση της ΑCTH και των α­να­λό­γων της πε­πτι­δί­ων (ευ­ο­δω­τι­κή), της βα­ζο­πρεσ­σί­νης (ευ­ο­δω­τι­κή), της ο­ξυ­το­κί­νης (δι­ι­στά­με­νες α­πό­ψεις), της LHRH (θε­τι­κή στη μνή­μη, αρ­νη­τι­κή στη μά­θη­ση) και των ο­πιο­ει­δών πε­πτι­δί­ων (εν­δο­γε­νείς α­μνη­σια­κοί πα­ρά­γο­ντες),  τό­σο στον άν­θρω­πο ό­σο και, κυ­ρί­ως, στα πει­ρα­μα­τό­ζω­α.

Learning and memory costitute two of the most complex human processes, so their methological approach varies broadly in the research level. The present review discusses the known data up to day for the influence of ACTH and its analogous peptides (supporting influence), vasopressin (supporting influence), oxytocin (conflicting opinions), LHRH (positive in memory, negative in learning) and opioid peptides (endogenic forgetting factors) in human and experimental animals.
