|
Η μάθηση και η μνήμη αποτελούν δυο από τις περισσότερο πολυσύνθετες λειτουργίες του ανθρώπινου οργανισμού, γι’ αυτό και η μεθοδολογική προσέγγισή τους, σε ερευνητικό επίπεδο, ποικίλλει σε μεγάλο βαθμό. Στην ανασκόπιηση αυτή συζητούνται τα μέχρι σήμερα γνωστά δεδομένα για την επίδραση της ΑCTH και των αναλόγων της πεπτιδίων (ευοδωτική), της βαζοπρεσσίνης (ευοδωτική), της οξυτοκίνης (διιστάμενες απόψεις), της LHRH (θετική στη μνήμη, αρνητική στη μάθηση) και των οπιοειδών πεπτιδίων (ενδογενείς αμνησιακοί παράγοντες), τόσο στον άνθρωπο όσο και, κυρίως, στα πειραματόζωα. Learning and memory costitute two of the most complex human processes, so their methological approach varies broadly in the research level. The present review discusses the known data up to day for the influence of ACTH and its analogous peptides (supporting influence), vasopressin (supporting influence), oxytocin (conflicting opinions), LHRH (positive in memory, negative in learning) and opioid peptides (endogenic forgetting factors) in human and experimental animals. |
