Περίληψη – Summary
|
– In the evaluation of patients with heart failure and left ventricular systolic dysfunction, it is important to determine whether a dilated heart is mainly due to coronary artery disease or to one of a spectrum of other etiologies collectively named nonischemic cardiomyopathy. This review summarizes published evidence and discusses the potential role of nuclear imaging for the assessment of myocardial perfusion and ventricular function in the differentiation of ischemic from non-ischemic cardiomyopathy. |
