Περίληψη – Summary
|
– Non specific ST-T wave changes are seen in DCM. Sinus Tachycardia and Q waves imitating myocardial infaction are often. Signs of CV overloading with right axis deviation and enlangement of RA & RV are visible with the development of pulmonary hypertension. Atrial Fiblillation is also often in DCM. Among other rhythm disturbances, supra ventricular tachycardia, premature ventricular extrasystoles, Atrioventricular Block, Bundle Branch /block and conduction abnormalities with wide QRS compleyes are also seen. The SAECG often slows late potentials. |
