Περίληψη – Summary
|
Cicardian or circannual biological rythms of endogenous origin constitute a temporal structure of organism in all animals species including man. Chronopharmacology consists the study of temporal variations of the activity, toxicity and kinetics of drugs according to their time of administration. Chronopharmacology also concerns the study of possible alterations of the temporal structure of the organism receiving the drug. The aim of this section of pharmacology is to documentize qualitive and quantitive temporal changes of the efficiency of drugs which lead to a better use of them in the treatment of disease. Another aim is to find substances that will be able to influence such cicardian biological rythms. |
