|
Η γονιμότητα ενός ζευγαριού εκφράζεται με τη μηνιαία πιθανότητα κύησης. Στους παράγοντες που μπορεί να αποτελέσουν αιτίες μείωσης της γονιμότητας του γενικού πληθυσμού συμπεριλαμβάνονται πέραν της ηλικίας της γυναίκας και του άνδρα και παράγοντες που αφορούν την καθημερινότητα των ανθρώπων και ίσως περνούν απαρατήρητοι. Τέτοιοι παράγοντες είναι οι κακές διατροφικές συνήθειες και η παχυσαρκία, η βλαπτική επίδραση του περιβάλλοντος και ο τρόπος ζωής που αφορά το κάπνισμα, την κατανάλωση αλκόολ, καφεϊνης και φαρμάκων. H παρούσα βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση έχει στόχο την περιγραφή των καθημερινών επιβαρυντικών παραγόντων της γονιμότητας και την παρουσίαση συστάσεων σχετικά με την προστασία και διατήρηση της γονιμότητας. The fertility of a couple is expressed by the monthly pregnancy probability. The reasoning factors of fertility reductions in general population includes parameters of human daily lifestyle further than the age of women and men, although their influence may not be considered. These factors include unhealthy eating habits and obesity, the harmful influence of environment impact and lifestyle of consuming nicotine, alcohol, caffeine and medicines. The aim of this bibliographic review is to describe the daily aggravating factors of fertility and to present recommendations of the protection and fertility preservation. |
